Our Vision
Industrial Brokerage - a New Path to Agility for Manufacturing Companies.
At RBO cOurtage, we started with a simple yet fundamental observation: industrial companies face growing challenges in flexibility, competitiveness, and operational efficiency. Yet when they encounter a temporary need—material sourcing, product development, or overloaded purchasing or sales teams—few agile solutions exist that don’t involve hiring or heavy outsourcing.
This led to the founding conviction behind RBO cOurtage : to adapt the mechanisms of brokerage—traditionally reserved for finance, insurance, or real estate—to the industrial secteur.
Industrial Brokerage
Industrial brokerage, as we define it, is a new practice built on three pillars :
1. Expert intermediation : connecting clients with the right suppliers, subcontractors, or industrial partners, based on technical constraints, quality requirements, timelines, and pricing.
2. Operational Support : providing on-demand expertise to ease the burden on internal teams—whether in purchasing, cost estimation, or business development.
3. Delegated Project Management : leading a project from A to Z on behalf of the client—from needs analysis to the delivery of a semi-finished or finished product—covering sourcing, industrial coordination, and quality follow-up.
This approach enables our clients to seize opportunities they would otherwise have to decline, due to lack of time or internal resources. It offers them flexibility of an outsourced solution, with no fixed costs, and with high operational value.
RBO cOurtage have created her brand call Synartech, to become more than a service provider. We are a performance enabler.
